Ingredients:

  • 6 cups kabocha squash, cut in chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, cut in chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • sea salt

Directions:

  • in a medium size pot add all vegetables and enough water to cover ingredients
  • bring to a boil over high flame
  • reduce heat to low, cover, simmer 20 min
  • remove from heat, add a couple pinches of salt, stir
  • blend in a blender until smooth
